How do I tie my waist beads?
*See Video Above and follow the instructions below*
1. Remove waist beads from the bag and place them around your waist.
2. Select how high or low you would like your waist beads to rest.
3. Once you have selected the correct placement, slide excess beads down towards the bead stoppers.
**Make sure you leave enough wiggle room for bending and/or bloating.**
4. Before you tie the strings make sure that all beads are pushed back, and no gaps are visible before it's tied.
5. Be careful not to tie it too tight to prevent it from breaking. Tie 3-4 knots to secure waist beads.
6. Use scissors to cut off the excess string
7. Optional: Take a lighter to burn the ends of the string or apply super glue.
