Shipping and Returns

Refunds

Refunds will only be awarded in the case of a product defect or reception of an incorrect product. To be eligible for a return, proof of product defect or reception of incorrect product must be shown. No refunds or replacements will be given if products break due to being worn incorrectly which include the following:

  • Tying your waist beads too tight, anything that is too tight will eventually pop/break under constant pressure. It's important to measure your waist properly and give room for bloating for longevity of your waist beads.
  • You are not eligible for a refund if you do not secure the knot properly by using guided tying method in our video. Other ways to secure include, using glue, nail polish or burning the ends. 
  • To request a return, please email us at universalvybes@gmail.com and put "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line. Your request will be reviewed and if a return is accepted a refund will be refunded. Return of funds back into your account are based on your financial institution processing system. In the event of a delay, we encourage you to check with your bank regarding the status first.

 

Damages and issues

Once your purchased is received, please inspect the item/items for any defects, damages, and to ensure that your purchase is correct. If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.

 

Exchanges

If the incorrect product/products are sent, "do not open or wear items on your body." A return label will be emailed to you and upon receipt of returned item, the correct product will be shipped out as soon as possible.

 

Shipping Errors

Once orders are shipped, we are no longer responsible for them. With that being said, make sure that your shipping addresses are complete and correct.

If package is not received, we recommend checking with the shipping provider via tracking number provided to reach a resolution.
